I feel like there is missing a color between fair and medium, a light color which isnt as cool as fair and not as warm as medium. CT should have at least released 5 shades or more.
Same thing she did with the powder bronzer and the light powder shade is exactly in-between the fair ( cream ) and the Med ( cream ) I missed it twice couldn’t land the fair cream…. I did order it in Med and ITS SO DARK so I do agree with you odd color range in both the powder and the cream formulas
Yes I agree, I imagine your tone may be similar to mine. The medium may work if you use the underpainting method
I just think the medium looks so much more warm/orange-ier & the fair is so grey toned…The tan shade looks more red toned which for my light/cool toned skin seems to look better in plus this would work with both my light skin and if I fake tan as well. I had The bronzer powder in medium and it worked great with my skin when I was fake tanned but as soon as I was fairer/lighter during the winter months, it looked straight up orange…I ended up using my contour wand to get the depth of bronze I wanted then the powder to “set” it just so I didn’t waste it.
So I absolutely think there needs to be a “light” bronzer shade that is a mixture of warm/cool tones…so frustrating…

I just stopped at my local Sephora today and picked up the shade Fair! I cannot wait to use it 🤩 both shades look beautiful on you! I’m a shade 2N in the beautiful skin foundation and I feel like the fair shade will be perfect and would work for me even with a tan! 🤣

I’m light medium neutral & bought both too, the fair will be my perfect winter shade, the medium my summer shade…. Currently in the spring like uk, I am mixing them I love them both and love the product. We don’t have the Nars one over here ( & no sign of it launching) , so can’t compare, but I do prefer it to my ‘new’ formula Chanel.

I loved the medium in the summer, but now in the winter it looks way too warm on my light-medium slightly warm olive skin. So I ordered the fair for the last couple of winter months, and I really hope it won't look too cool on me but just like it does on you here :)

I have 3 of the Nars Laguna (original) because I love it soooo much. And I knew it was a limited edition. BTW, the “original” Laguna says “original” on it. I think it’s Laguna 2. I bought both. I thought that I'd potentially use fair as contour throughout the rest of the year but mostly use the medium throughout the summer. I'm paler than you but I just couldn't decide either. It's how I justified buying both.
I've got the Nars bronzer and it's been great, however, I still had to get the CT one. I wish she had created 5 shades though, between each shade jump there's obvious "gaps". I mean, the jumps from one shade to another is too much, there needs to be a shade inbetween light - medium and medium - dark.

I picked up CT in tan this morning but I also picked up the Mario bronzer/highlighter combo in medium dark and I think I like Mario’s better 😮 CT was nice but Mario’s was a warmer tone which was better for me 😊

I love the medium because that is the most ideal color shade that everyone wants BUT it's so orange toned ugh...and then the tan is just too dark for light to medium skin tones.
the only cream bronzer I have is the original Chanel one...it is too warm coloured for me and it makes my skin look textured..it has made me scared of cream bronzers. Should I try the CT one?
I just sold my Chanel one and got the CT in fair. The chanel was always too warm on me too!!!

@@BookerM sorry, I just tried it and I like it much much better than the Chanel bc the shade is so much cooler. You can easily build it up or have a very natural look!
I been wanting to get CT in fair its sold out so is the Nars
CT shading is always abit off for me…I feel like shades are missing and tones are inconsistent. Medium is too warm and orangey and the fair is abit too neutral. Same with the powder and bronzers. We need a few more shades to fill in the gaps.

Fair looks a little "muddy" on you... but either one is fine.

Laguna 2 is the same shade as the original laguna.
