@Randy Walker i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

So according the Graham's comments on the score, this piece is a homage to the great American brass players, specifically the CSO brass section. He uses Bruckner's fanfare as his homage.
