It's very hard to get into medical colleges in Pakistan but once you get into one, study is pretty easy and life is quiet colourful as compared to your previous life in college or school.

@Arif Lohar it's not bad in terms of the academics. Like you'll get considerably good teachers but not exciting in terms of extra curricular stuff. Also you'll not be really happy with the campus. But if this is the year your are getting admission, things are much better than before as we have a library now and a common room. So you can think about joining here.
@Arif Lohar I agree that hang out with friends is enough. And yes 8 months ago was different than now. I'm satisfied now. Alhumdulillah Yes, Karachi holds concerts but I'm not fond of them.

They are normal doctors. The ones with sarees are in AMC (army medical college) which is also a NUMS college.
