I love watching the Vlogs Sean and Tim have been putting out. Really shows how good their team is. How dialed in they are with how they approach fights, seeing the BTS of Sean before the walk out and Suga is still evolving. Seeing him put on a 5 round masterclass with effective aggression and high dynamic output and movement. It really shows not just the physical aspect of it but the mental aspect of it and how important the fight IQ, the training IQ, the emotional and mental maturity, while balancing relaxation and goofing around and nerding out.. Lol they got it dialed down. It's awesome to see the great minds of DJ and Tim combine. They live such dynamic life's. It's basically a REAL version of Karate Kid.. I love it. Props to these dudes.
