It's so easy for these sorts of products, which have no scientific or medical backing to be endorsed, making the companies and celebrities money while preying on potentially vulnerable fans 😒 thank you for highlighting this. Anyone can sit down and tell you this product is great because of x y and z with no evidence aside from their opinion, but you take the time to read these research papers (which I had to read in college and they are, simply put, torturous) AND put the clips of them in your video, complete with medical jargon. Outstanding 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 finally, someone who isn’t content with listening to someone’s opinion on products that impact their health and actually researching what they do and how they effect them.

Girls just a heads up! Not only should you not buy “eggs” to strengthen you pelvic floor, you SHOULD NOT do kegels either! Many young females experience frequent UTI’s or vaginal infections, which can all lead to pelvic muscles tensing. Then we go on IG or TikTok and we’re sold this dream of “increased orgasms” through pelvic muscles strengthening. Truth is, most of the time our pelvic muscles are too tense! Most women (especially on the younger side) need to RELAX their muscles, not contract them, in order to have a better pelvis floor. the only people that can help you if youre struggling are pelvic floor experts, i truly recommend getting checked up!

The one thing I don't understand about the vitamin IVs is who is administering them in the middle of a mall? Do they employ properly trained nurses for that? The LED mask critique goes for all over the counter LED therapy. She took the words right off my tongue. The light therapy in a medical setting is at a completely different strength than over the counter. Its the same concept of when you buy over the counter supplements. If you want a pill of say 50mg but the pharma only has it up to 25mg that means you'll need a prescription because legally its too potent to give to the general public
If you want light therapy the only proper way is to go to a spa or a dermatologist
