Hey! Just wanted to share that I’ve been using an Apple Watch for my morning alarm and it’s been a GAME CHANGER! It’s so peaceful rather than the loud alarm. Just wanted to put this here if anyone else was interested haha
I’ve binged watched all of the not so scary videos I missed in the last week and a half. My dad was visiting and I couldn’t watch them, so I blasted through them this morning and now I have this one. Woohoo! Love this series so much and so much inspiration. Thanks Angie !

Not sure if anyone commented about this yet but the whoop vibrates to wake you up in the morning. You can set a time or to specific recovery you want before it wakes you up. It is a band versus a ring but I love mine. No more alarm clock.

I loved this video! I’ve noticed that since I started the glow up challenge my goal was to start waking up at 7:30 each morning and for the first month I used an alarm clock but now I just wake up naturally and sometimes even before the alarm goes off!
Have you looked into WHOOP bands? It's very similar to the Oura ring, but you wear it on your wrist. Would let you track your fitness, sleep, etc., but also has an alarm function that wakes you by gently vibrating. Love your videos ❤

It vibrates on your wrist and you can turn the alarm off on it, without your phone. I think you had one and didnt love it but maybe you wanna give it another try 😊
Are you suggesting you wake at 5am every morning as your circadian rhythm has shifted that way? That's impressive! You might need to shift the wake up times you recorded in your planner to reflect that

Have been using collagen in coffee for awhile but now I am putting in the pumpkin flavored creamer and whipping before putting coffee in is a game changer!!!! Great tip. Love the daily videos and the nuggets of inspiration and assistance. My workout is walking with weights daily (ok sometimes I just can't, but I am human LOL) But I feel so much better when I do walk. My fitbit versa 2 wakes me up by vibrating for an alarm clock, but as it also tracks your sleep, it also has a setting where you set your alarm for say 6.30 am but if you are at a good point in your sleep cycle to wake up during 30 minutes before that time it'll wake you up then instead. I like it alot ...p.s your morning routine videos are my fav videos 😊

I have a Tabtime Vibrating Alarm Reminder Watch that I got off Amazon. It's about $20 and does a decent job waking me up. It's not the most comfortable wrist band, but I'm sure there are nicer ones out there that do the job. We've been using a sunrise alarm clock and it does such a great job of slowly waking me up in the morning. Much less jarring than a phone alarm.

TH-cam has a TON of incredible (and free) workouts for beginners ! I've been doing 20 - 30 min long pilates sessions and it has been a game changer !
