is video me maine Emerson Rosemont 3051 pressure transmitter ke bare me bataya hai, sath hi maine uske sabhi parts ko open
karke uske bare me brief me bataya hai or sath ye bhi bataya hai ki Zero,Span and Alarm High-Low ke selection or security pin ka kya use hota hai. Ummid h aapko video pasand aayegi.

Bhai,
Rosemount ka PT hai jisme ye span zero ke button jaam ho gaye hai press nahi ho rahe hai us wajah se main span aur zero nahi kar sakta. Mere pass HART bhi nahi hai to wo button free karne ke liye kuch upay hai kya..
Dusra ek rosemount ka DP hai usko span aur zero ke button ka slot hai par wo button nahi hai.

My question is when we allow pressure from process line to come into Pressure transmitter , it hits the diaphragm and then diaphragm measures signal transducer then convert pressure signal to electric signals and these electric signals are shown on digital meter as well as sent to Dcs
Question is sensor and transducer are 2 different things?

+Ahmad Hussain sensor is that which makes physical contact with process.There is no such difference between sensor or transducer we can also say that a sensor is also a transducer which converts non-electrical signal into electrical signal.

This device uses loop power which mean the device does not have its own power supply so your 24v will come in and also transmit the signal as well. Did that help?
