New build in Fayetteville, GA

This home is part of a new HOA subdivision in Fayetteville, Georgia. The owners requested a low maintenance native landscape. There are sun loving perennials, and native grasses with accompanying groundcover that were utilized to eliminate as much lawn as possible in the backyard.
A stone patio and awning were added to allow the owners a place to sit and observe the wildlife, and entertain with friends.
A walking trail was added to the existing hardwood trees that were left from the initial construction. There are some hard to find native trees tucked into this area and many native trees, shrubs and groundcovers can be added as the couple grows with the house.
