304 net is always better than fabric or plastic net which will rot in rain and degrade easily in Sun.

304 will also rust, for rust free you need to go for 316 but would be pricey. Some companies also have aluminum mesh too.

@@swaminathangnanasambandam8071 316 is surgical illa, very costly. I think it's better to have no windows at all 😂😂. Just put a small hole and instal exhaust fan, that's what I did with 2 layers of mosquito net.
