Wacken 13 GLS was my first encounter with Nightwish and I was immediately infatuated by Floor. How are you going to match that? No worries. Love the way you have done the ‘chorus bits’. Nothing and nobody will knock Floor from my no one position, but that was the best GLS I have heard from anyone else. Beats Tarja’s GLS hands down. Brilliant, well done.

You did say you were thinking of redoing it. In saying my favourite I’m excluding Poet. I think Poet is absolutely unique. It compares to nothing and nothing compares to it. A stupendous piece of art, both fir its musical content and Tuomas’ emotional nakedness. Markos dark demo version is very good, but Annette could not do it justice, both from her lack of vocal range and less empathy for Tuomas emotion. It took Floor to do it properly. I can’t find an Andra rendition, is there one? If not I will say two things. I would not recommend almost anyone to tackle Floor’s rendition, and I put ‘wembley’ as the definitive poet. Anything Floor can do Andra can do ( plus she produces stupendous videos).you can guess from the latter comment that I would LOVE to see an Andra version, I bet the video would be stupendous. ps, 4 Andra GLSs later, confirms your ‘Tarja rendition’ is better than Tarja’s and the Floor Bits just as good AND you do the chorus parts as well!!! The 4 Andra viewings added to the Ghost Love ‘SCORE’.
