That’s exactly what I’m saying! Of course there are faster bikes, absolutely. BUT! For a cruiser… unless it’s a souped up bike with a lottttt of money in it, this think is gonna come for the win!! Love this bike because it’s fast and a great comfortable cruiser with great customizable parts!
@@RidinAndVibin it's definitely the whole package. Pulled a wheelie in 2nd gear with my wife on the back. I definitely was not expecting that. All I have on it is cobra exhaust, Pc5, and the k&n airfilter. Cruises at 80-90 effortlessly. I love these bikes!
Im too afraid to attempt a wheelie on this bike haha Thats awesome though! It is definitely capable of it no question and great combo of performance parts! How often are you cleaning and re-oiling your K&N air filter?
🤯that Filter is 3.5 the cost of a regular filter . If I got 5Hp more sure id be cleaning filters. But since its not a sure thing . I will stick to throwing mine away And getting new ones 😂 Sure enjoyed the video though !! Good stuff .
If you think it doesn’t increase horsepower, send me your social media and I’ll send you a very interesting video. I plan on making a video with it but would be happy to prove that it certainly DOES improve horsepower anywhere from 2-5hp and it increased my mpg by 4-6 mpg depending on my speed and helped give a easier start up and helped idle better and helps keep the paper ones out of the landfill also saving you money from having to buy multiple since I do thousands of miles a season this is gonna save me a BUNCH!
The k and n filter, and any other filter that lets more air, and consequently more debris, into your engine are terrible for it. You won’t have any power gains without a tune. You’re just allowing bigger particles to make it past your filter.
It’s already been tuned, and when the filter is oiled properly it is better than paper, it stops more particles than a paper filter and lasts a life time. And you don’t have to tune for air filter, if you do exhaust you have to tune but not necessary for air filter because it just makes it easier to suck air in without as much restriction
@@RidinAndVibin I didn’t say you gave to tune. You do if you want to see any gains at all from the increase in airflow. It is absolutely false that it filters out smaller particles than a paper filter, though. Even k&n says that. They do not recommend you use it in an unusually dusty environment. Any time you ever increase air with a filter, you’re doing it bu increasing the space in the media, so more can get through faster. Any time you increase that area, it means larger particles can get in. The same is true for any high performance filter, paper, or not. If I put a sprint air filter in my cbr1000rr, it will increase airflow, but it will increase the size and volume of particles making it past the filter, and it’s paper, too.
@@thagingerninjer5391 The oil in the gauze is what stops most of the particulate matter that may be mixed in with the incoming air. Besides, any particulate that is small enough to get through the filter media is not going to be large enough to cause any engine damage at all. I have operated a dyno for 8 years and K&N filters DO flow more air & DO increase HP. Most O.E. M tunes on efi bikes are rich in the upper RPM's to decrease warranty claims. K&N Filter's WORK... and you can feel good keeping many old paper filters out of landfills.
@@fullthrottlepowersports6927 yeah, that’s not true, at all. They absolutely let more shit into your engine, and any amount of dust in your engine is going to cause wear. Letting more in is going to wear it more. No, you aren’t going to see any gains without a tune. Ever. And most motorcycles come lean, not rich, because of emissions reasons.
I'm liking my 1800c with the k&n filter. This thing is a beast for a cruiser for sure!

I put K&Ns on all my bikes. I have a 2008 VTX1800T. The VTXs are great bikes. Great job on the video!!!
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate your support!!!
VTX FAM bringing back these bikes
YESIRRRR!!! It would be a dream come true if Honda brought these perfect machines back in their line up😭
And the Valkyrie!
The best bikes they have ever made and they discontinued them, one day they HAVE to bring back both of these legends, the VTX and Valkyrie!!

Trust me, it’s worth the price with what you get out of it
