This sounds awesome!!! I didn’t know that brave writer is so awesome!!! I’ve only seen the book studies, which doesn’t appeal to us but the main curriculum does!!!
It really is a wonderful program! We started with the mechanics and literature (book studies), but it really became magic for us when we added in the other pieces. The writing projects are really great and my kids don't complain about them (most of the time). LOL. Hope it works we for you guys if you check it out. I'd love to hear how you like it.

Yes! In fact they just came out with a level for 5 - 7 year olds. It's called Quill and I have a video coming out about it soon. I also think a 2nd grader would be ready for the Dart Level (mechanics and literature) and Jot It Down (writing projects). I also find it is easy to adapt for different age levels.
