Jack I would include the traditional Reinin names with your explanations
Thetic and antithetic are obscure words.

A specific kind of istj is actually the mentor of the ILE, specifically for the kind of ILE that develops Fe later on. This pair moves from role to demonstrative to lead and mobilizing.
So the ILE would be strong in Se, Te and then with experience Ne and Fe. The istj have strong Fi then Si and then Ti and finally Ni. Both types are learning to become who they are in a sense. The ILE moves from gamma, passing delta, towards alpha and the Istj from delta, alpha and then towards Beta. So this kind of istj is very good with fi and si and is in fact more comfortable with delta and alpha values and way of life. It’s only later on that they actually values Beta and gamma styles of life. These istj are very emotionally intelligent and sensory. Cares very much about their personal feelings relationships and physical well-being. Enjoys and spends much of there time creating a comfortable living environment. The ILE of this kind that I described learns naturally from this kind of istj, to develop emotional and intuitive awareness (this type of istj has just resolved there own struggles with learning to be intuitive himself so oftens gives advice to others regarding this area) . The istj is essentially one step or quadra ahead of the ILE which allows experience and advice to pass on natually. The istj resembles very much an infj or isfp (EII and SEI) which makes this kind of istj resemble dualistic to the ILE.

Ausra shows as Process types both like to complicate (add complex details to) things.
This is seen in LSI red tape and ILE Jack squeezing new details out of the hundreds of WSS interviews he does.

ILE progresses by becoming more like their LSE Benefactor in public and LSI Supervisee in private. IE more boring.

makes no sense, opposite of true

Wouldn't the Progression toward the Mobilising Fe cause them to come across publicly more as an ESE? Moving toward the Demonstrative seems counterintuitive since you don't value it and you're already good at it and know how to use it, so why would you want to get better at it and use it more when you could instead focus on the thing you desperately want to be good at but aren't?

@@WorldSocionics I don't see why this claim needs to be immediately dismissed, seems like a rather rigid stance to take. Perhaps it does have some merit, or not - but certainly seems to be a valid proposition.

@mattevans8090 what makes it seem valid? Why would we progress towards the Demonstrative function, which is already strong but unvalued? Furthermore, the ILE is a clockwise type so its progression aligns to societal progression. The transition from Ne to Te is the other direction.

@@WorldSocionics so this is exactly what I was looking for. An explanation of your thinking beyond just “ur dumb lol”. I mean, it seems to be a somewhat plausible claim that types could progress by becoming more like their benefactor in public and supervisee in private, at least to non-experts.
Mostly just seemed out of character from a typical thoughtful, patient and comprehensive WSS response :)
