Probably Axe of the Gate Guardian or Act of Violence Axe. Maybe Balias or El’s Drinker as well. Predatory Blade is probably the strongest though, but you can only use light attacks with it.
As someone who has stayed in my own server or customs for the vast majority of my time in this game, pvp is starting to look like a lot of fun 😅 are any servers actually worth playing as a solo on ps5? I’d be happy to join people to learn as well but that’s probably not gonna happen 😢😂
I can’t recommend any particular server because the players on each server change frequently. If you are going to play Officials, it might be best to check the population of different servers during raid hours (usually 6-11 in the appropriate time zone). Might want to pick one with a lower pop to start off. It would be a good idea to have a hidden base too, for sure.

They are changing core mechanics of the game to compensate for poor update choices (adding attack pivot).
