OK a few things I'd change. 1. Go with your thief's changes 2. Crusaders get a ability to see invisible and turned on in towns. 3. Barbarian feels bad right now. They need to be less glass cannon more bruiser. I'd trade the telekinesis with a life steal. If berserk is gonna make you take that much more damage then maybe 2x the damage out and taken, but can't die till it's over. 4. Necro spirit pet can't be hit but adds a mana tap to anything the necro hits. 5. Assassin's should be able to bounce in and out of stealth, unless hit by an enemy or spotted by a Crusaders. 6. Black smiths should be able to pass out sharping stones., enchanters mana or spell crystals as 2hr buffs. 7. Man of steel should not be a 2hander but a sword and big board with stacking defense as he gets hit. 8. Gladiators should get a bleed, being a Gladiator was about a bloody show not the kill. And damn that's a lot lol
OK had to think on the others since I haven't played them and wanted to ask around. 1. Druid I know you said no pets, but hear me out. Instead of a pet summon they get "befriend forest " where they can try te befriend a wolf, bear, spider and the tree ladies. Like wow as they try to tame it they get hit. It only stays as long as it's fed. Each for a different purpose wolf physical dps, bear tank, spider ranged, tree ladies heals. 2. Arc mage I like your idea of the big risk, but I'd like a aoe cool down reduction if they are about time. 3. Hunters I feel like should get things like exposed shot, slow shot, draining shot. Let the change arrow types depending on the target.
More dev questions: Are different sized crossbow and regular bows coming in the future? Will we eventually need arrows and will different arrow types be a thing? Would the devs consider making buffs last longer? Or perhaps have buffs be recast multiple times to extend them?
Great overview! Few questions for the devs: In the future will there be a way to modify your characters height/size after creation? When can we expect to see more character features such as new hairstyles/facial hair?
Would the devs consider doing a monthly livestream highlighting what they are working on, patchnotes, current gamestate, future plans, etc? I think it could really help keep players excited and involved.
Interesting view on things, Seems like almost a Dark Age of Camelot swap with classes but i do like it. Different Arrow hits, Stealthers should have a buff in stealth damage or damage hits IE. side stun hit or backstab . Frontal assault. Druid pets would be awesome + buff times increased. Honestly think all min buffs should be 10 mins but i get it with money coming in it must go out too.
@@Keithtankerous not classes/vocations. There is a whole mechanic(s) planned around 3 associations in-game - trader, crafting, and mercenary. If you open up your menu (P) you will see a section for associations. I would like to know more about that system.
to the devs: I am very into pvp and at the moment the pvp is 99% gearbased and almost no skill required. Almost every fight is a onesided One-Shot fight. You either oneshot someone or you get oneshotted. I think there should be at least a damagecap for any kind of damage happening in PVP. The majority of pvp fights i had ended in like 3 seconds. Person gets a oneshot and dies. At the same time it feels so frustrating shooting 10 arrows or spells at someone and see him lose 1% life every hit but then getting oneshotted with a 8k hit. At this point you can only have somewhat even fights if you are full stacked with gear at max level. Newbies can't sustain any kind of pvp and will always lose - 100% death rate. Skill doesn't matter at all at this point and i think it ruins the PvP completly. It's absurd someone dies in one hit in a pvp based game like this one. @Keithtankerous Here my response to your feedback regarding the classes: Archmage levitation - If speedbonus, then it should be only for like 1 or 2 seconds with a long cooldown time. Otherwise melee classes will get stomped too easily. Hunter - i can definately see tracking as some kind of nice skill for PVE but it will completly ruin PVP. Please don't implement that - way too OP :D Thief - Stealing should not be possible inside a safe area or in certain areas at all. All player vendors will be gone and all newbies will be bankrupt.
Im only at 2.24 in the video.. and I wanted to say.. Thank you for trying to blow up King !!! lol.. hilarious... I think he still resides on newb island...
At this time, I would not recommend this game - The map is poor in mobs and diversity - The combat system is very basic and the animations are very basic - The quest system is very basic and super boring (will kill 100 mobs of one type) - Classes are poorly thought out and implemented - No communication from developers - The leveling system is poorly done and poorly implemented, we spend hours to gain 1 level - It's a paid alpha and very expensive (34.99 euros is too much for this game and the DLC costs an arm and a leg)"

I like the idea of taming animals like you mentioned. Maybe the roadmap will include something like that?
Necromancer should summon temporary pets that can be sacrificed to deal more damage or heal the caster.
I like that idea. Honestly, anything to make the necromancer class feel more like a necromancer.

I added these to the list!

I think everyone wants buff timers to be increased. :)
Dev question: Can they go into more details of what the associations will entail?
By that, do you mean the vocations/classes? Or do you mean something else?

Ask the developers to please give us a third person combat option.
I would like this a lot as well, but I wonder if this is by design?
