You can't go wrong with more trees, they should include urban areas, thinking about them as separate entities is what put us in this situation.

They've got a good job : sitting with binoculars having a picnic looking
for suitable land to plant trees.
Count me in , I'll bring me flask.

It's a shame that many rented houses don't allow tree plantation into the ground where they could grow really big. Perhaps pass legislation allowing tree plantation regardless of permissions?

I just came from visiting the UK, and I was a bit disappointed not to see more trees.

Instead of building 3,4,5 story buildings, build skyscrapers(at an affordable price. 150k-200k pounds, per apartment ) Skyscrapers take less space then traditional European architecture. Not only would you fit more people, you would have a lot more green spaces, more trees. Nonetheless, keep planting trees.

I suppose it depends on the soil/rock type, too little bedrock can't support the weight of the structures. Also, some people may not want to see huge skyscrapers everywhere.

Make many of them Apple, Cherry, and Plum and that's free nutritious food for people too.

If your going to be building something like 200,000 plus homes per year by 2020, with all the infrastructure needed to go with that, then I'd like to know how this is going to work. As both policies seem at odds with each other. Politicians not being honest (again).

England has a relatively small number of native tree species.

It’s now 2021 and the Tories still haven’t pledged anymore than the initial £5.7 million, they pledged 3-4 years ago!.

Thats a joke! 50 Mio. is NOTHING for a country the size of the UK. It had to be 5 billion!

I think it's great but what happened to me is something way out of line.

About 40 international human rights organizations launched yesterday the International Peace and Development Alliance under the slogan "Unite for Peace" to expose countries sponsoring terrorism and extremist groups, particularly Qatar. Human rights activists criticized the violations of the country system and called for their response.
Among the planned activities of the coalition are documentary films showing the presence of a number of countries in the region, such as Qatar, Iran supporting terrorist groups, whether through money or logistical support, or the establishment of media platforms such as Aljazeera to serve their extremist ideas.

Depends where in the UK, urban areas are busy, but rural areas are quieter. There are also other countries much more densely populated than the UK, so all is not lost Haha!
