Guys. Don't buy Peugeot cars. From my personal experience, they will always give you these common complaints: 1) Engine Fault even though the engine might be fine and it is just some small error. the dealership repairs will eat you alive if this happens. 2) Power window lifting mechanism failure. When u r least expecting it, whoosh, your window rolls down completely and there is no way to lift it back up. Only solution is to replace the lifting mechanism along with their motors. 3) The engine fan will switch on the moment you start the car and continue to run for a good 10 to 15mins even after switching off the car. 4) braking system fault/ roll cage failure. The dealership will take a lot of money to fix this problem. 6) Airbag fault or seat belt fault. Only Peugeot gods knows how this problem starts and how to fix it. Take my advice, please don't put your hard earned money into a Peugeot. There are a lot of stupid faults that will drive you crazy and the spare parts are difficult to obtain and they are really expensive.

Hai noroc ! Ridica capota și verifica cureaua de accesorii de pe alternator,dacă nu măsoară bateria de la motor,noroc!Dacă nu fa-i o diagnoza și cauta pe net codul de eroare respectiv și ar trebui sa îți zica exact de la ce este.
I have the same problem with my Peugeot. I was in Peugeot service where they connect car on diagnostics and it turns out that my start stop system is failed. It was very expensive to repair it but they said to me it won't hurt to drive like that...only your car won't turn off and on when you stop it.

The most stupid comment I have ever red about peugeot. I used to have : 205,106 ,305, two 605, my wife has 307(2005), my current car now - 508 (2017)..... nothing to add...sorry ,

Depends on the engine. Well maintained 2.0 hdi engine is one of the best in biz.
My Peugeot 508 gave me the same massege. The reason was that the DPF fluid (or FAP fluid) reservoir was empty. It costs about 100EUR to fill up

Sounds like a broken starter to me.
Me pasó parecido. Me daba fallo en el cambio y no le pasaba nada. Era la batería.

Most likely just 5a fuse on battery is corroded, and service will charge you for fake expensive repair

No it is not on battery it's the one on front of battery, you will find ther 2 fuses on left side placed vertically
