Real easy when you don’t have to play guessing games on the weight setup. It’s ready to go right at the recommended setup. Fine tune after a good ride if needed
hey nice video. didn't know yall were coming out with clutch kits. I have a 2016 rzr xp1000 on 34s with a tune 25 percent gear reduction. I ordered a clutch kit from super atv because I was having a little belt slip at higher speeds (50 plus). not too noticeable but it would throw a check engine light every once in a while. I ordered the kit over a year ago and finally got around to installing it. my problem is the kit from super atv didn't come with a helix and mine has a crack in it. should I get a stock replacement helix, get an aftermarket helix, or get a new secondary. secondary has slight wear from square pucks. allready bought hunter works rollers. secondary has had a couple spots on the sheaves about a half inch long since machine was almost new. hasn't ever blown a belt. what do you think? I have a busy that replaced his secondary on his 2018 and I could probly steel his helix or I would by a good aftermarket if reasonable ish. thanks
I have a question i have a razor i bought aftermarket assassins primarily and secondary and they actually set it up so i bought a new polaris belt and put the new clutches on and belt and it moved like a automatic no hesitation at all was real happy with it but started making noise it still had good throttle control but noise went away and it feels like stock again you have to put her to the floor just to move it im really disappointed counting belt i got 1700 in it and its the same as it was everyone tells me polaris is making a harder compound belt now any advice would be helpful i don't know anything about the clutching
Is the 2020 and 2021 Pro XP clutch different than the 22? I did the gear reduction already and clutching seems to be great on stock. Am not running a tune...
Are you running bigger tires and crawling up rocky hills / obstacles and not just dirt? Had plenty of rzr’s have a 22 pro xp 2 and just got a 23 pro xp4 i will say my 23 hauls ass in low and up hills with stock 30” carnivores but i know once i put my 32 zillas on and go to a park like windrock my belt would slip like no other. ( harder rock crawls)Found myself going 30-35 in low gear.. thats no good for rocks and especially if its loaded down with people
@javadose317 Yes, mine is an XP2, has 35" tires, and mostly dirt trail crawling... she's running great in my terrain, but I could see how an XP4 in heavy rocks would need clutch work done.
Awesome. I can’t wait to get one super easy install! Great video.
