Q.10 is a bit controversial because Sender and Reciever both will use sensory organs and even before any action, a command from the brain is necessary. In my opinion, Sender would use his brain first, and then massage would be delivered and Reciever will receive later. In sending and Receiving, brain function is mandatory, and just to separate them we can put Sender first as the whole process of communication starts with Sender only.
