    I just found your channel. I didn’t read the title. I thought you were training with one of your students. I noticed how he moved a lot like you, then I read the title. He’s your Dad! This video is a testament to how good of a teacher your dad is. You move a like like him. You honor him! And he still looks and moves like a young man. 👍🏻 I love your channel, I’m glad I found it.

    That looks like a really good exercise in finding and disrupting someone's center on balance. Do you practice other styles of grappling as well?

    But seriously.....do you guys really really understand what is happening here? Bare in mind Sifu Niko destroys people in his competitions, but dealing with his father the level of sensitivity is really a higher level this is quite impressive
