Midland 77-1165 CB27/81 UK FM CB radio - Retune and test

Another repair for Alan.
This just needed a retune, power was 3W (now 3.9W) & deviation was a stupid 6.5Khz. These sets have crystal filtered receivers as standard & are from 1991.
