Yet for reasons unknown, the B1G is the ones who get to be on CBS (and Fox and NBC) but the SEC will be exclusive to ABC and ESPN. Who does not see what is wrong with that picture? Keep in mind, I'm an Alabama fan and this ending shows why SEC deserves to be on CBS and not those Yankees up north in the B1G

Yes I am an Auburn fan and never actually SAW Auburn defeat Alabama in person until 1982 but there is NOTHING like this. I am an Auburn grad and some of my best friends are Bama Alumni. THIS is the ultimate college football contest. It is, in fact a way of life in the deep south. The late great Shug Jordan summed it the best when asked by a TV reporter how he would describe the importance of the Alabama-Aiuburn game. " When ;you line up and beat the University of Alabama... You have beaten somebody!!" Shug later would name the event " The Iron Bowl" and so it remains today. Alabama has a great tradition and Auburn does too. THIS game is the one that folks will be talking about as long as the game of college football is played My wife and I were there section 9 seats 16 and 17. The ONLY thing bad about this is that we BOTH know that no matter how many games we attend THIS is as good as it will ever get for an Auburn Tiger.
