Washington State does not keep track of contractors’ insurance policies or numbers. That’s BS.
I hired a Plumping company that got amazing Yelp reviews and have ADU experience, it turns out that they didn't know what they were doing. They do not dig their trenches deep enough to properly buried the sewer pipes.
What a great video!!!!!
I didn’t have good experience with Realm , Ryan
That would be a tough job.
Question for Matt. What about client privacy? If one of the steps in the vetting process is interviewing former clients of an ADU builder, does that mean these ADU builders give out client contact info?
Great Video and soils information!
great video...i want to see the recommendations that you made in the corner of the screens but they didnt show up.
omg that thumbnail RYAN! Awesome vid
When do you expect CALFHA to announce what the $50,000,000 will be used for?
Nice, so basic, and common, however many homeowners still can use this information. I like the way he still gives credit to the contractors being good at what they do, just lack experience in the digital marketing area. Many contractors specially newbies in ADU's are good at what they do, they just need that opportunity. I enjoyed the video. It educates not just the homeowner, but the contractor just starting or en-route to being an ADU builder.
