the other funny coincidence is that Mei and Kiana aren't that much different to Homura and Madoka. altho it's mostly emphasize on Chapter 17 now with how Mei and Homura sacrifice majority for one people while Kiana and Madoka sacrifice themselves for the majority

It might be a bit difficult. Because, even last year, in 2023, they didn't hold Houkai Cross. Collaboration with Honkai Series is usually through the Honkai Cross event which is held every year starting from 2019

In genshin, if the character is free, it's essentially nerfed. And the team isn't ready for collab banners yet because they might be too comfortable recycling to actually think of a kit that's innovative and will satisfy the fans of the collab characters
mhy has to be extra cautious when it comes to Genshin. Due to how big it is they have to take everything into account. The mainland fans, the overseas fans, the government, their own team, the collab partners, etc. because Genshin is just so popular. Also when trying to make characters different and usable enough to be considered by the community, well. That’ll be hard. Since so far there is only so much you can do. Not quite related but still something I have against Genshin despite loving it, it has a problem that most other Gatcha games have; too many characters. Now, it doesn’t have it now, but it will have it eventually. It’s why I love games like honkai or project sekai. Same character. Different effects. It’s the same mechanic, but may be more powerful/effective. Something like that.

Homura’d be a cryo bow, because time freezing. Kyoko and Sayaka’d be a pyro spear and hydro sword respectively, Felicia would be an electro claymore, Momoko would be a pyro claymore, Yachiyo would be a hydro spear, and Alina would be an anemo catalyst.
I think madoka is gonna be either pyro, anemo or dendro with a bow, homura is electro bow (since there aren't guns), sayaka is hydro sword, kyoko is pyro polearm and mami is dendro but don't know what weapon since she uses rifles.
I have no idea how this game works frl but I'm joining just for this I absolutely love this anime

I haven't been keeping up with news from the JPN server this whole time but it would be a little surprising the JPN version didn't get the Neptunia, Date-A-Live, Danganronpa, etc. collabs considering where the IPs for them come from. Then again, I still don't know how copyright works in this situation.

Well there goes my dream for Genshin to get a Madoka crossover. It pwuld have been awesome. Madoka would have been a bow user, Sayaka a sword, Kyoko a polearm, Homura and Mami could have had catalysts. Sayaka could have been hydro, Kyoko pyro, Mami Dendro, Homura Electro and Madoka Cryo. Woulda been cool.

You need to kill the Kyubeys to clear the stage, but their health's pretty thick (few hundred thousand).
My recommendation is slow-clear the stages until you get 2 of the new badges (Kyubey icon). They boost your damage quite a lot when equipping 2 badges at once (up to nearing 1000% extra dmg).

For the HI3, it looks like it's going to be difficult. But for GGZ, probably not anytime soon. At least for now they are trying to focus on the final chapter first. But indeed every year GGZ always holds at least one collaboration, so just wait and see :)
