Flower outsides are more washed out. The centers are warmer with more intense color.
Love your videos! I'm from Chicago ❤️
I'm guessing a small canvas will force looseness? It's harder to get all those details.
Saludos Cordiales, Kelly, desde México !!!!!!!!
Nice to see such a great energy and passion in Covid days. It is really inspiring. Pl keep it up.

Hello Kelli from Lexington, N.C.
Tilt your canvas forward to reduce glare.
Which easle are you using?
The interest should be focused in the middle because. . . wait for it. . .because it's closer.
Light passing through causes translucency. Its warmer.
Keep the shadows flat, less impasto.
Roses laying down will be flatter on the bottom because of the weight.
Subtitle..please !
Copy a color scheme from your favorite painting.
Carve out with the background. It takes practice. Take a chance.
Nothing is set in stone. Listen to your canvas. Work out what looks better.
