Curry Lobster
Ingredients List
--------
2 lobster tails
1 seasoning cube
1 tsp curry powder (barons) any of choice
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tbsp chopped seasonings (garlic, onion, bell peppers, spring onions)
1 tsp betapac curry powder
Pinch of salt
2-4 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
‼️Low heat 10 minutes ‼️
Fresh parsely for garnish

2:30 Many thanks for showing the was process. I wasn’t sure at first if you meant wash with water and lemon 🍋 while the tail shell was still in tact before cutting. It is also helpful to inexperienced cooks or ppl inexperienced with working with fresh lobster 🦞 tails.

For this recipe, Is the “1 tsp of betapac curry powder”recommended or required? I don’t think that is sold in any store near me.
You can just use whatever curry you have honestly :))

I’m not a fan on curry but The ONLY thing I eat in curry is seafood this looks amazing and the lobsters are nice and big
