What a wonderful creative space, I currently use my dining room which is great because we only use it on holidays or family gatherings, which doesn’t happen all that often.
Having your own space will be great. I'm the same as you, too much out on display is cluttering for my mind. Hope you get to make lots of nice things now you have everything set up.

Epic sewing room! I’m happy you’re out of the loft. The open area always made me afraid for falls. 💗
I am happy to say in 8 years of living there, I never fell off the loft! My iron wasn’t so lucky, as well as a few others things ☠️
