Just wanted to say been telling all my buddys about your videos. Your video quality is excellent. Love seeing PLO. Also like the time stamp. your voice is very similar to mine on recordings. try and put a bit more excitement in each hand as you get more comfortable it will come natural. Doing great work one of the best plo vlogs happening rn. Also consistent uploads are awesome.
that QT99 cooler bomb pot was just poker, you played it perfect.. I didn't expect that! Figured it would chop. But either way, 100% perfect in my opinion.
Can I ask you something. You know how in holdem when you play 6 handed or less your hand values go up in value? Does the same thing happen in PLO?? If you're at a short handed table do the hand values go up as well?? TIA
KQJ9s was a raise pre I think, maybe solver might say if K was suited but I think a raise there would be better than a limp or overlimp... as played though the rest of the hand is fine but too tight pre. Would be interesting to see what solver says here pre.
The solver has KK73ds in HJ as an open pot and KQJ9ss in CO as an open pot. The solver assumes a 2 blind game, not 4 blind, so I'm trying to think through how that would skew opening ranges. Its either wider because more dead money or narrower because more incentive to call. What do you think? I think either way I was a bit too passive pre-flop this day.
@@GMoneyPoker basically in a limp heavy game if you have a hand that can overimp do it, I think this hand is strong enough to be in the raising category... its marginal and like I said if it was suited to the K it would be a mandatory raise
I think about it like this "well this is a trash hand but I can see a flop with an overlimp" and that hand isnt in the 'trash hand' category in my opinion so bump it up
On the last hand with trip 7s on the board you dont have two pair, your hand is 777AQ bc ur playing 2 in ur hand and 3 off the board so trip 7s with AQ high
That bomb pot hand is a good one to learn from. You can bet your last dollar that your opponent has a queen. He is not leading out with 86 for the second nut straight and nothing on the bottom. So you BEST case scenario is that you are trying to get your jack to hold up on the top board and your boat to hold up on the bottom board. You are RARE:Y going to win both pots, especially if he keeps betting More importantly, once you decide to ride this horse, just when can you find a fold? Apparently you cannot since you paid him off on 3 streets. Had you split the pot, you would have won something like $75 (assuming 8 players). INstead you punted about $1000 bucks. Your lack of value on the top board, combined with the fragile nature of bottom boat on a board of QQ7, combined with the fact that your opponent is virtually guaranteed to have a queens since he needs a Q to have the nut straight are all clues that the wise play is to fold, especially since nothing on the bottom board will tell you that he made his hand. literally any card is a scare card. I expect your 77 will hold up about half the time. But remember....He is leading into the field. Is he betting something like Q864 into the field...? Maybe, but if so, he will be broke soon.. As tempting as a Q is to bet, without either a boat or some solid equity on the other board, this is not a hand to bet from early position. My point is that he should be skewed towards holdings you don't want to face, especially Q9 or Q7. I I can only really think of one holding where he is leading and you are ahead. He might have something like AKQx, but your equity against that hand cannot be very good either.
We both have full houses but his is better. On the second board I don’t have a straight. I thought the same in the moment and the whole table’s like “yea no straight bro”
I don’t know how much of a “bluff” that was . You had a flush draw , a pair of kings for trip outs , and 2 pair counterfeit outs . But nice “bluff” I barely would consider this a semi bluff lmfaoooo but whatever you say buddy
Dude, you WANT Doug Polk in your PLO game, he's a hold em specialist
200+ like support system. Don’t stop here plo videos. We need em.
😂😂🤣 thank you all! More coming soon
Don’t you have trip 7s, AQ kicker on the last hand and not 2 pair?
I’m glad someone said it
On the last hand don’t you have three of a kind 7’s with AQ kicker?
Yes, was shocked to hear him say that.
Yes

Thanks for the feedback!
Good vlog and grats on the win, but you need way more excitement and tone fluctuation in your audio.
Thanks for the tip
Where you been brotha??? Keep the videos comin!!!
Love your vlogs man! Amazing content. Keep it up!
Thank you! Will do!
Nice run, now I know who you are and played PLO with you a few time at the Lodge.
thank you! learning a lot about PLO
In the last hand you had trip 7s with an AQ kicker lol not two pair
True lol. PLO is hard
@@GMoneyPoker Plus the opponent had quads if you had his hand shown correctly.

of course
Yes, same in PLO. HU is very different than multi-way in terms of relative hand strength. One of the reasons bomb pots are so tricky.
@@GMoneyPoker Thanks!!
Let's go! I'm editing my video right now, I don't zelle no one money

think if it was KQJ9 all same suit... sure overlimp and see a flop. You get my point?
Look at you gettin all famous and stuff already!
Been a crazy ride the last 2 months for sure! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Can't really blame you for that qq1010 board, easy cooler
the level of play at these games is kindegarten lmfao including your play
I’ll take it 😂
On the last hand with trip 7s on the board you dont have two pair, your hand is 777AQ bc ur playing 2 in ur hand and 3 off the board so trip 7s with AQ high
Yup, PLO is hard 😅
@@GMoneyPoker lol i just recently got into plo so im still learnin too bro 😎
Q1099 hand is just unfortunate but it's a call all day
I had aces there in that hand you had JTT9
Nice, that other guy must’ve had the 6
Lolz at 2 pair aces and sevens. You’re playing trip 7’s with AQ kickers
20:30 you do not have two pair. You have trip 7s with AQ kicker
Yup PLO is hard 😂
Let's go.
Lets gooo

This man did not just say he had 2 pair on 7797A
Yeah I’m dumb 🤣😅
How do you lose on a straight to queen when the villain has set J
We both have full houses but his is better. On the second board I don’t have a straight. I thought the same in the moment and the whole table’s like “yea no straight bro”
On that 7797A hand you don’t have Aces and 7s, you have trip 7s with an AK kicker.
Surprising to see so much day time action, none of yall have jobs? lol
You would be the guy to comment some goofy shit like that instead of just enjoying the content
Some people play poker for a living. Some people work nights. Some people wort weekends and play weekdays. Just like cards, a lot of variables in play
For a few of the guys at the table, this is their job 😂
Poker is their job
that QT99 hand was pretty bad imo. when the bottom board double pairs, any queen beats you.
For someone playing these stakes you should know you do not have two pair on that 777 board. You have trips 7 with AQ high.
Cause if you want to keep the two pair every other opponent will say okey but I’m gunna play the trios on the board which beats two pair in ever game.
I don’t know how much of a “bluff” that was . You had a flush draw , a pair of kings for trip outs , and 2 pair counterfeit outs . But nice “bluff” I barely would consider this a semi bluff lmfaoooo but whatever you say buddy
