They are competing for 1st place, jackets and better summit bids! The girls want to make it to summit so bad! See what happens and when they will know if they get a better Summit bid! The girls go hard and put on an amazing performance! There are so many ups and downs! And so many tears! See who gets first and who doesn't!

They did well, the girls should just think of this comp as a practice comp ready to smash it next comp.
Kendall just be careful you're not letting your opinion or dissapointment reflect onto the girls, they need to stay open and positive going into every comp. Opinions can have negative effects on kids x

If Kap and Brin team didn’t get first, then what place did they get? I love how Kendal is shown hugging and whispering something to the girls, and members of the team before heading out to perform. I can’t help but to think about how it makes them feel when they see their parents front and center cheering them on! No, their team didn’t get 1st place, but one thing they’ll always remember is the love and support of Kendall and Daniel cheering them on 1st place or not no matter what!

Great job girls! I had a good weekend. My friend got me a Gove Light Bar that goes on back of tv and shows different colors on the wall behind my TV according to whats showing on my tv screen. its pretty cool! I also went to the Everglades on an airboat ride with my friend. Good luck to the girls next weekend at Cheersport!

I got to tell you guys about this Cheer competition I loved it so much because I was starting to cry and it was very emotional and I had no words to describe and I’ll love it all
From a cheerleader's perspective: just because you hit, doesn't mean you're going to win, unfortunately. That's just the way it is.
Overall scores usually increase from Day 1 to Day 2. Oftentimes, judging panels tend to be more ~lenient~ on the second day. You also have to take into consideration that part of cheer is subjective, so elements like routine composition, presentation (etc) may vary from judge to judge: and perhaps that's where politics come in.
Sure, cheer is political to a degree, but so are lots of things in life. It's easy to want to blame the "politics" of cheer when things don't go the way you envision for your athlete. But being negative about it only fosters toxicity and negativity (in parents and athletes alike). You have every right to be upset about placement and complain about it privately, but when you do so publically on social media when you have a large platform, some people may interpret that as "unsportsmanlike" at the very least. Doing so might be a "real" reaction or response, but it could impact how others view your program (from a marketing standpoint). And maybe that's not an issue for you or your program, but it's something to be aware of.

The girls were each amazing although it was difficult to recognise them when they are cheering…. Maybe an idea for future cheer videos, to point out the girls before they start? Well done girls and what an amazing support base you have behind you with all your friends/family/coaches!!

about your 'rant' in the middle haah, maybe it is the new varsity scoring? i heard that falls/bobbles get much smaller deductions with the new scoring? so if their difficulty was higher maybe thats why they still scored better even if you hit zero and they didn't? regardless, hitting zero is always something to be proud of :)

Hey i am going to be at cheersport nationals this weekend too. i cheer at ata allstars and on a junior one international team and i would love to see and of yall preformes! i hope evie, brin and kap hit a hard routine on saturday and sunday. They have such a good routine and in my oppion brin and kap teams should have got first. There is so much energy and exictment that i saw in the video. I hope i can come watch your girls amazing team.
