Aloysius Almeida That’s an interesting question. The Bible likens his church to a bride. Some people don’t want any part of the marriage supper of the Lamb. Thus, they opt out of this salvation. Sad. But I done believe it’s just a matter of free will. Too much preponderance I’m free will may be dangerous. We don’t choose our way to salvation. Rather, we accept something that we couldn’t do for ourselves.
We are all saved but the action rests on u! God has finished his work but is up to us to see his work( salvation) Salvation rests solely on us but salvation is not only a gift but a work too! The work isn’t swift but rather a work in motion and a work in progress and in the motion is such that u ll fall, u ll rise up but u have to keep on going!
Aloysius, The bigger question is, "Why does Jesus, in God's name, save anyone?" Isaiah 53:6 tells us, "All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has gone his own way, but the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him."
