One advantage it has as paramecia is he won't get hurt even if they were cut by haki ? Imagine it's logia & someone cut their limbs they would actually lose the limbs ? As paramecia je can just abandon the stone & find another stone to merge with

Logia's have to have 2 specific characteristics: 1: It has to be a natural element (there are a couple of logias that aren't, but they're also not canon, so yeah) 2: You have to be able to produce said element and turn your body into it. Smoker's smoke smoke fruit is a logia type, idk who was telling you otherwise, but they should be ashamed of themselves lol Magellan's venom venom fruit isn't a logia since he can't turn himself into poison, he just covers himself in it. Same thing with Trebol's sticky sticky fruit. And Katakuri's mochi mochi fruit isn't a logia simply because Mochi is not a natural element. It does have all of the properties of a logia, though, hence why it's classified as a special paramecia. Basically, if you don't fit the logia requirements, and can't turn into another creature (mythical or real), you're just thrown into the paramecia category. I hope this helps!
