That just encouraged me to NOT GIVE UP trying to get my GED Diploma. I was ready to call it quits and just give it up. When she said "Even thought her 'Yes' was prolonged for 3yrs, it wasn't denied." And she said "If she was to finish a month or so early, that program that she was in wouldn't had been possible, because it didn't exist until after her appointed time to finish with her schooling or exam." My goal after receiving my diploma is to go to college at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City to major in Fashion Design. God may me a promise about a couple of years ago and her testimony just encouraged me to hold on to that promise. It may be prolonged temporarily, however, it won't be permanent. Thank you, Lord, for your Grace that never fails.

A family friend sent me this testimony last year before my fifth bar exam attempt. I was encouraged but, admittedly, I only involved God around the time I sat for the test - praying that everything I studied would come to remembrance and that He be with me. Unfortunately, I didn't pass. I just took the exam for the sixth time this year and something brought me to watch this again before I took it. I found out last week that I passed! This time I did it with God from the beginning - before I even registered for the exam asked Him what He wanted - and He carried me through. I didn't think about the test more than twice after I took it because I knew He told me this time was it. But the tears of praise I let out when I actually read those results... WHEW! God and His word can be trusted but we have to do everything attached to the vine.

You had to fail miserably over and over and over again. You had to go through difficulties in order for you to be able to mentor the young adults. You are now able to encourage them never to give up and to continue trusting God and working hard. If you had gone through with flying colours you would not have had the impact on them that you now have. That's how my God works.

A family friend sent me this testimony last year before my fifth bar exam attempt. I was encouraged but, admittedly, I only involved God around the time I sat for the test - praying that everything I studied would come to remembrance and that He be with me. Unfortunately, I didn't pass. I just took the exam for the sixth time this year and something brought me to watch this again before I took it. I found out last week that I passed! This time I did it with God from the beginning - before I even registered for the exam asked Him what He wanted - and He carried me through. I didn't think about the test more than twice after I took it because I knew He told me this time was it. But the tears of praise I let out when I actually read those results... WHEW! God and His word can be trusted but we have to do everything attached to the vine.
