Let me know if you all enjoy these data-driven videos. They take a bit more time to edit but if you all like them we will keep them coming.

    - on track vs road
    - alpha-flys
    - additional running work since last year
    all three = 8%

You can watch Bob's interviews with triathletes before Challenge Daytona 2020. it surprised me every triathlete is so different in an awesome way. Sure, some of them need an extra boost to start talking but I won't say they are boring.

@Dean Milne. Most triathletes vlogs are boring because they are afraid of revealing any training data or routines or weaknesses and use them just to flex or sell coffee (yes you Jan). And it could be used by their competition. As well it opens them up to all the haters and know it alls who are #SurfingSofa4Life. Lionel is fearless and cares about people seeing how hard this endeavor is for people and what he goes through to improve. Being an open book is not easy. That’s what makes this man and his team incredibly rare and special.

It would be cool just for kicks to do a 1 x 5k at same effort in the future with non-Nike shoes just to see what kind of speed boost it's giving you, or you could just switch between shoes between your rounds of 5k, putting the Nike in the middle.
