@@vincentn349 far away from the main city, not the best area, for most people spending $5,000,000 they would likely want to live somewhere more prestigious such as west Vancouver, point Grey, west side etc… Nothing really ‘wrong’ with Langley but just definitely not where you’d want to spend that kind of money, people move to Langley to save money because they cant afford to live in or near Vancouver.
