I've experienced such incidents twice in this locality. Some were mortgaged , some owners were bankrupt, some have multiple owners , some have siblings issues ... land on which building were constructed have multiple land pattas , where both the both party claim ownership of land etc.

Careful, in the supply colony most of the residents are govt. Quarters turned into private property.
