I grew up with the Prequels and with Robot Chicken and other shows meming the shit out of Darth Vader but that part really made him serious for me again.
For the first time in my life I felt a sense of terror when I saw just how outmatched and powerful Vader really was. I genuinely understood what it must have felt like to be a commoner in the SW universe if they ever crossed Vader's path. Honestly amazing work.

I remember when I was playing the ending of fallen order I was like “Hmm where’s Darth Vader” then in the background all I hear is (thump thump thump) and I’m like HOLY FUCKING SHITTTTTT His reveal gave chills down my spine and it was basically a playable rogue one sequence
the way the game builds and builds all the cool architecture stuff just to knock it clean out of the park with that sequence i recommend that game to people based purely on that sequence. lol

Yeah, I had the same experience. The moment near the end of Gears 5 when you have to choose between Del and JD. That caught me off guard. I didn't know who to save when it happened and the window of opportunity is short.

The fake out was cool yeah but the maze... if you havent played this game please give it a chance and you'll see how this was just as good, if not, an even better moment. It's the closest to a AAA SCP game we will get and as weird and lightly confusing it can be, it's honestly deeply satisfying throwing enemies around the room and so much more

Monster Hunter World Iceborne, when Shara Ishvalda breaking his shells and then always look to the player for the rest of the fight instead of your character, which is really disturbing and creepy in same time..
I was shocked that they actually spelled out Nero’s place on the Sparda family tree in DMC5. Capcom had hinted at it, left plenty of breadcrumbs for diligent and observant fans to follow in DMC4 and the DMC4 prequel novel, but never came out and said it. Then Dante just says it, and completely turns Nero’s world upside down while a large portion of the fandom was-literally and metaphorically-pointing and shouting at the screen “I KNEW IT I TOLD YOU SO I KNEW IT!!!” Then there was the flashback sequences for both Dante and V, and the sudden realization that we were looking at their childish home, and how Capcom worked in little stuff from the DMC1 and DMC2 novels they declared non-canon years ago. They have kept so much about Dante and Vergil’s pasts an ambiguous mystery, so getting some answers at long last was a total shock, even though there are still a lot of questions that still need them (like what in God’s name happened to Sparda? The guy didn’t just leave his wife and sons for no damn reason!). But even so, finally seeing some things set in concrete canon and others expanded on was a giant surprise.

But said fuck it and went and got these weapons forged by Gods in another realm. it's something he never wanted to do again.... and he just snaps back on the choice to save his sons life. As a father and a gamer this part gave me chills (in a good way) because any father, Any Real Father... would do anything to save their children..... on a side note I still to this day call my son Boy lmao

Know this is an old video, but no joke, the Sherry bit in the RE2 remake was the *only* time I've ever been actually scared playing a game. Not trying to toot my own horn of toughness, I just have a really hard time willing my suspension of disbelief... like I can rarely detach myself from recognizing I'm just a person pressing keys and or fiddling control sticks to make pixels change on a screen... but the Sherry bit in RE2 remake... that got me... probably because at the time I played it my niece was around Sherry's age... there's also the fact it's so *real* compared to the rest of it. Like as Leon and Claire you're fighting zombies and lickers and Mr X... and on top of that they're badass adults. They can handle themselves. As Sherry, you're just a scared child, who wants her mom, being chased by a sick human being...
You could play Fortnite during The End though, you just had to enter the Konami code and it gave you a Fortnite version of Space Invaders. You had to shoot Durr Burgers and it was basically endless

It was an awesome moment. I just finished the game about 3-4 weeks ago. The most intriguing part is NERO has at least been able to control or slow down the infection enough that O'Brien is still himself and in control. I definitely want a sequel. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and was one, if not my favorite game released in 2019. I think it was fairly underrated. It wasn't *groundbreaking* the same ways something like God of War 2018 was, but production values were great, it was well written and acted with interesting, well developed characters and story, fun gameplay loop and systems, etc. It was basically Horizon Zero Dawn in a somewhat realistic zombie apocalypse. I'd easily rate it an 85-90, far above the 71 average critic score it got The main gripes I have with it were the NERO stealth missions were too many and too repetitive/uninteresting and the odd recorded dialog when Deacon was on his bike and yelling, yet other people were talking normally.
If this is true, it's my biggest "holy shit" moment: Are you guys only a three person team working on this channel?!? If so, mad props to you guys for creating the huge community we're all part of. 🤘
my shocking moment was when I realized that star wars fallen order wouldn't run smoothly even with a 1080ti and 16gbs of ram. I found out eventually that it was because I had an old 3.20ghz i5. but still, the lack of optimization was shocking - great game though.
A big holy shit moment was in Smash Bros Ultimate where you suddenly took control of Master Hand, who has been a stable boss battle since game 1 but never playable.
The COD mission when you stab the soldier as a child is amazing. Great mission they did there. Reminds me of the originality that came with the famous sniping mission in modern warfare.
Hey great vid. Wow you've played through a lot of holy shit moments lol. I still remember my first big one. Being a normal male gamer who was into flying planes and shooting etc. I rented (yes when you could physically rent a game) Resident Evil. PS1 or 2 can't remember. Wife and her friend were upstairs and I plugged this in downstairs and proceeded to play. When I went up to a room after wandering around learning how to jump, roll etc I open the door and there was a zombie munching down on someone. I had never been exposed to that type of scene with the proper creepy music, lead up. Hit pause immediately, went upstairs and sat at table trying to pretend nothing had just happened and talked to the company. It freaked the shit out of me and as you can see, remembered it well . LMAO. Now to date after finishing tons of games there's nothing a game can do to stimulate that section of brain anymore. We are burnt :)

I'd easily rate it an 85-90, far above the 71 average critic score it got The main gripes I have with it were the NERO stealth missions were too many and too repetitive/uninteresting and the odd recorded dialog when Deacon was on his bike and yelling, yet other people were talking normally.
Re 2 remake reminded me of The Last of Us fighting David as Ellie. Had my heart racing.

my shocking moment was when I realized that star wars fallen order wouldn't run smoothly even with a 1080ti and 16gbs of ram. I found out eventually that it was because I had an old 3.20ghz i5.
but still, the lack of optimization was shocking - great game though.

The COD mission when you stab the soldier as a child is amazing. Great mission they did there. Reminds me of the originality that came with the famous sniping mission in modern warfare.

Hey great vid. Wow you've played through a lot of holy shit moments lol. I still remember my first big one. Being a normal male gamer who was into flying planes and shooting etc. I rented (yes when you could physically rent a game) Resident Evil. PS1 or 2 can't remember. Wife and her friend were upstairs and I plugged this in downstairs and proceeded to play. When I went up to a room after wandering around learning how to jump, roll etc I open the door and there was a zombie munching down on someone. I had never been exposed to that type of scene with the proper creepy music, lead up. Hit pause immediately, went upstairs and sat at table trying to pretend nothing had just happened and talked to the company. It freaked the shit out of me and as you can see, remembered it well . LMAO. Now to date after finishing tons of games there's nothing a game can do to stimulate that section of brain anymore. We are burnt :)
