Me and my cousin used to play this game a lot on his PS2, at first we used to fight for who picks Pac Jr. first, then we got better at the game and we used to fight for who picks Toc-Man first, the fastest (thus the better) character in the game. Anyways, I won 80% of the times using ma' main Spooky, the second fastest character.
you know never thought too hard about this until just now but Pac-Devil is an enigma to me, like did they really need to create this new character just to fill a slot was there really nobody else? not another 80s namco rep, member of the Pac-Family, or even ghost to pick from?
