Im so excited to meet her...I had my baby boy April 4th 1 day before my bday and 2nd year anniversary with my current husband he could not wait 1 day lol ....I had my other 2 children natural not meds but this baby hurt soooooooo much the contractions were killing me I could have not done it without an epidural...the baby was born upside down facedown instead of my husband seeing the baby's face he saw babys back of head and his back....my contractions were just in my lower back instead of back and lower stomach so I guess when babys are in that position it is a lot more painful....but he was healthy and I am recovering fast I ended up tearing but I'm ok now .... plans dont go the way we want sometimes and only God knows why...I pray everything goes smooth and the baby and you are fine in Jesus name

My IVF rainbow baby girl is due in August. I’m soooo excited for you guys! You are absolutely doing the right thing going to get intervention to bring your baby safely into this world. I will also have a hospital birth, probably a c section due to my advanced age (45). But I am focussed on having a positive birth experience and I think it’s totally possible in a hospital. I’ve talked it over with my OB and she is on the same page. In the c section we will have music and I can watch the baby being born. We will be skin to skin immediately. I believe no matter how she comes, my baby’s birth will be one of the happiest days of my life and I believe it will be for both of you as well. BTW I love your relationship - so equal and so respectful. Your husband is a gem! I never found one like him so I’m going to be a single mum but you are both really lucky to have each other!

Well as long as baby is healthy and mommy are healthy! Just a little insight of how motherhood will be, you plan and you just adjust to what baby needs. As a mom of 4 24, 23, 19 and 15 and new baby coming in the next couple of weeks...Nothing goes as planned. Aw mama. I’m so sorry. It’s OK to grieve the birth. It definitely takes time to process. I was supposed to deliver at a birth center with midwives and ended up at my local hospital with my OBGYN. It was all so crazy and rushed, I didn’t have time to process it as it was happening. It took time after baby was here to mentally process what had happened. Main thing is that you and baby are healthy. God’s timing and plan for your life are perfect. You got this! 💕

I had a horrible labour experience and recovery just now started being better and my baby is 6 weeks tiday... But still anytime i think about seeing her fir the first time i cry because even with a bad experience the greatest feeling in the world is seeing and hearing that little one cry for the first time 😍❤️❤️congrats
No it's actually not safe. Once you go over that 40 week mark your baby has more chance of dying. She should have had that delivered by now... I hope everything goes OK
My OB told me when a woman is 35+ she should only go to 39 weeks. With this past pregnancy I had I was so scared to go to 39 weeks but thank god I made it to 38 weeks.

For my first I had a home birth planned but due to my blood pressure spiking I ended up with a induction she was born April 3rd 2003 and I have been induced with my other 2 kids one in 2006 and my last one was 2017 they all went smooth and quick I know how how hard it is when your birth plan goes down the drain . You did well up until know and your taking the right steps for both of you I can’t wait for her to get here I’m praying for you 💜 your strong and everything will go smoothly 💜
all day I was thinking about you. I was thinking that you really should go in for induction that it was getting late. I think one reason I was a week late is that the cord was looped around her neck when she turned into position a few weeks before. Good luck and can't wait to see baby girl.
I was late with all three of my kids. I was induced at 44 weeks with #3. I think he’d still be there if I hadn’t been induced. 😂 I was late with all 3 of the kids. No matter how she gets here it will be a blessed moment. Prayers and best of luck!

I'm currently 42 weeks today and my hospital are pressuring me to have an induction and have turned hostile towards me and borderline rude 🥺 as well as trying to scare me about the placenta becoming insufficient. I hope your delivery was beautiful. I was due April 10th but for certain reasons by doctor told me I needed to be induced on April 1st. I wanted a hospital birth but I wanted it to be all natural labor and pain medication free. I had to accept that I was going to be induced. I arrived at 6:00am and had 3 doses of the cervix softening tablet. By this time it was 5:00pm or so and I was not progressing. I missed my 3 year old and I was getting so impatient. I asked for pitocin which I felt bad about later. I ended up only needing it up to a 6 (very low dose) and they turned it completely off. I had my daughter pain medication free at 2:29am on the 2nd. I was so proud of myself even though it wasn’t the labor I expected. I now look at it as a perfect labor because I birthed my baby girl. It’s so easy to be hard on yourself but just know that however she comes is perfect. ❤️
I’m sorry you didn’t get to experience your home birth but one thing they always say is the only plan that matters is get the baby out safely. And don’t worry...most birthing plans are foiled ha! The risk to the baby goes up so much as you go farther so I’m so glad you made this decision. I’m sorry it didn’t go as planned but wish you the best of luck. Can’t wait to meet her!

I'm currently 42 weeks today and my hospital are pressuring me to have an induction and have turned hostile towards me and borderline rude 🥺 as well as trying to scare me about the placenta becoming insufficient. Glad to hear everything went well for you 🌚

I was way off lol!! She's gonna be a stubborn cookie!! I have 1 Girl and 4 boys she is the strongest and toughest girl!! She was breach 🙄 So I had to get my first C-section 😳. But She is My Heart I Love Her So Much!!! You Are Going to Fall so hard in Love and its All Worth it. Stay Strong Stay safe. 💪💪❣❣❣❣❣ Can't Wait 🥰😘

I hope your delivery was beautiful. I was due April 10th but for certain reasons by doctor told me I needed to be induced on April 1st. I wanted a hospital birth but I wanted it to be all natural labor and pain medication free. I had to accept that I was going to be induced.
I arrived at 6:00am and had 3 doses of the cervix softening tablet. By this time it was 5:00pm or so and I was not progressing. I missed my 3 year old and I was getting so impatient. I asked for pitocin which I felt bad about later. I ended up only needing it up to a 6 (very low dose) and they turned it completely off. I had my daughter pain medication free at 2:29am on the 2nd. I was so proud of myself even though it wasn’t the labor I expected. I now look at it as a perfect labor because I birthed my baby girl. It’s so easy to be hard on yourself but just know that however she comes is perfect. ❤️
I’m sorry you didn’t get to experience your home birth but one thing they always say is the only plan that matters is get the baby out safely. And don’t worry...most birthing plans are foiled ha! The risk to the baby goes up so much as you go farther so I’m so glad you made this decision. I’m sorry it didn’t go as planned but wish you the best of luck. Can’t wait to meet her!
