Didn't even need to get that pack to pull one of the best TOTW cards. Pulled the 96 Myers in the 120K pack 😎
You got 30 purples in these 4 totw choice packs, but 31 if you count the 1 you had to delete because 11+7+7+5= 30
OMG OMG OMG Thrash! I did 2. 1 with money and got 9/15 purples. This one I got 2 96s 1 Koskinen and other one was 6’6 or 6’7 forward (not Rempe)

I opened one and in the first round a 95 and 94
My pack had 13/15 purples with 6 92+ and 9 90+. Made like 500k. Insane.

Hell yes, the fact they have so many cards that you can only get randomly is terrible. The cost is still stupidly high but at least you can get them if you want.

Yeah its expensive - but being able to obtain them is huge ESPECIALLY for those who want to do theme teams
I think they need to balance them a bit more, but definitely something they need to keep doing
The thing with "profitable" packs is that you need to open them and sell right away, before it becomes commun knowledge, because the prices crash quickly. It's 1h after this video has been posted and the math shown at the end does not hold up anymore. 94s are under 100k , 92s are 70k, etc.
Yeah this was done yesterday - so all of the posts on Reddit and twitter definitely got people to notice haha
This was also on old gen, so the markets are VERY different

You guys gotta chill with opening packs. We need EA to build on their single player modes. Only way that happens of people stop focusing on hut
I dont think it makes a difference if im not spening money honestly - HUT hasnt had any updates in literally 4 years (same as be a pro)
Everything goes in to World of Chel and Franchise mode
HUT isnt even the most played mode - no one is focusing on it haha
Ultimate teams makes them the most money. Even if they are lazy with it. The point is they never have enough time to make changes and that's largely due to the way yearly releases are set up. They have plenty of resources to make a good game the suits in charge just don't care. Only way to make them care is to hit them in the pocket books. Even if you dont spend money on packs people who watch hut pack opening do.whole thing is a store built around a game. It's a scam tbh. Everyone who plays hut spends money on it just for their team to be irrelevant in a year. Not saying it's a bad thing to enjoy hut or playing competitivly online it's scummy to me to introduce aspects of gambling to young people who buy this game. @@ThrashHky
@@Schwartzkov We can argue about this until we're blue in the face - but I would bet they made more money from the EASHL battlepass than they did HUT - its not like fifa or madden where everyone plays those modes
At the end of the day, this is my full time job, im not going to end my career because people dont like ultimate team you know what I mean
My entire channel is built around how to NOT spend money and have an amazing team
@@ThrashHky also I pretty much only play NHL for franchize mode and there is barley any changes to the mode. It has been painfully obvious that little to no effort has been put into the mode. I mean if you play the mode consistently you can easily see the same useless and unfun features everyone turns off, owner mode, player morale, fog of war, ect. Then there are the quality of life fixes like the 15 to 20 minutes it takes to scout for 1 trip out of the 3 or 4 you need to properly uncover prospects. Then there are player contact demands 5 to 10 years into your sim. All these problems (and there are plenty more that I have not even mentioned) have been present for years. If they really put in effort things like this would be fixed. I won't be content with paying 70$ every year for a roster update. And it's not even a good roster update at that. It's really unfortunate.

@@ThrashHky well when you opened the first one. I was like ok this is interesting. Then the second. I was like, here we go. Then the third I was like, oh he might be doing the sets for a 96+. Then I was like, all those coins and nothing really to show for it.
