@@ManaDiVish Yes, I think in the next 5 years Mahurawada/Yendada would see a drastic change in the landscape..and also the future would be with Skyscrapers because of the land cost...and availability..so the growth will be vertical.

@@doxterstockman188 Yes, especially in Yendada/Madhurawada. Most of the projects in progress/just launched are 20,25,30 floors projects.
I guess this vertical growth is mainly because of Vizag's Topography.

I forgot to add Karlan group which is building 20 + floors projects(3) in Chinna/Pedha Waltair area.
The growth trajectory will be Vertical for the next 50 10 years because of the Vizag's Topography.
