我住了義順20多年都不知道第一家Nasi Lemak 的存在😂😂😂 Chong Pang 小販中心有一家 Nee Soon Fish Head Mee Hoon 粥類、湯類和面類都非常好吃，魚片切得很厚實，辣椒很夠味，而且價格很親民。我平時都不是很喜歡吃湯類或偏清淡的食物，不过這家我是真的很喜歡。有機會可以嚐一嚐，还有後面一攤雞飯也很不錯。全記鴨飯就還可以而已。Old World Bak Kut Teh 吃過了，感覺有點太油膩

U should visit ghim moh market. Lots of good food. Char kway teow, carrot cake, chwee kway, duck rice, ice kachang, satay beehoon. All very nice. N some stalls have been there over 30 years. But avoid mondays if u go cos a lot closed. :)
Too bad Chuan Kee duck rice was having renovation. I really like their duck rice! I also like 928 laksa. I have yet to try the Nasi Lemak and Carrot cake yet. Not so interested in Indian Rojak
Finally, Malay & Indian food with a mixed with Chinese food vlog.. really is a 👍 episode... it will also help non Chinese eaters to subscribe your channel or went to the place that you intro to have a taste..👍

Bukit merah view food centre 也有許多不錯的美食，個人大推 BBQ stingray(晚上過了6點才有), 西餐超大份物美價廉，菜頭粿黑的🤤👍， 還有甜品， 白天那裡真的是美食天堂，那裡的永春雲吞麵很可以還有釀豆腐湯頭是我喝過最好的，還有laksa 釀豆腐湯頭也不錯，這兩家都排長的，下午1.30-2點就收檔了，建議早點去
FYI 618 carrot cake used to offer the 'dark/black' version in the past (when the previous store owner was still around). However, I believe they changed their approach and stick to white version only. Thanks for the recommendation!

Just some comments. I like Amos' positive vibe and upbeat contribution towards the video. However: 1. The rhythm of this partnership video is jagged due to the constant talk over by Amos. As a guest, I think you should wait for the host to comment first, then add in your two cent's worth. 没捉到点。The crescendo of every dish should be in it's first tasting. Please do wait for the host to have her first taste, first reaction and comment before you add on. I know you don't mean to interrupt, nonetheless it appeared rude. 2. Too many comments on the other dishes on offer around the actual stall to be introduced. Appreciate the information but I feel it's better to give focus on the recommended dish. 3. Speaks too fast and digresses (point 2). Points on the taste of each dish can be digested and refined further. Thumbs up to host for being very patient and understanding. Just my feedback. Hope you are not offended.

Tempeh 是黄豆发酵的，所以带酸。炒萝卜糕白色没兴趣，因为黑的才是正道。叻沙，油条和蛤对我来说是组合，缺一不可。润饼里面脆脆的应该是炸蛋花或炸蒜。
對～我個人真的吃不慣tempeh哈哈，但確實是很特別！謝謝解答潤餅的難題🤣

可做一集Popiah, 新加坡有很多不同材料，越南人也有卖，dunman road Mr，Mrs Mogan 的Prata 还加Sambal 辣椒

你该尝试一下Ayer Rajah Hawker Centre 那里非常有名的2家IndianRojak，个人觉得是新加坡最好吃的。那里的Indian Mee Goreng 等也是非常好吃。

其實 tempe 超好吃 (個人觀點), 不過還是要看炸的人會不會炸, 調味正不正確. 我本人不太喜歡新加坡人炸的 tempe (可能還沒找到好吃的), 或者可能印尼人比較喜歡印尼炸的 tempe xD
我也試試印尼當地的tempe!!
@@alieats 印尼 tempe 有幾個種類，鹹的，甜的，辣的，在咖哩湯裡的，不過我最喜歡的還是鹹的（或是偏向原味）。
目前我覺得味道還蠻正宗的印尼料理是 indochili （離 tanjong pagar mrt 不遠)。
網絡上口碑還不錯的還有：
- kintamani indonesian restaurant
- tambuah mas indonesian restaurant
- sari ratu (印尼版的 nasi padang, 味道跟kopitiam 連鎖店賣的差十萬八千里，我覺得啦😂😂）
到印尼餐廳比較多人點的通常是：
- beef rendang (不能跟馬來人煮的相提並論因為我覺得味道差的還蠻遠）
- sate ayam (醬汁的味道跟馬來沙爹也不太一樣)
- tahu telur (煎蛋裡包著炸豆腐和豆芽, 然後淋上花生醬還有甜醬油。我自己覺得關鍵是在醬料，但煎蛋和豆腐也不容小覷)
- nasi goreng
- tempe goreng (可以試一下)
這只是一小部分，還有很多食物等妳去品嚐 😋 吃完主食當然少不了甜品和飲料，不過因為我不太喜歡印尼的甜品，所以不知道要建議什麼 😂 飲料我會推薦酪梨汁，ㄔㄠ ㄏㄠㄏㄜ！
Not sure if this is a unpopular opinion, but i think punggol nasi lemak is better than chong pang's
lots of my singaporean friends they prefer punggol too!
