No editing in post, and this was all normal walking, maybe a little bit more bending at the knees, but not full on ninja. With a ninja walk every gimbal looks smooth.
It will hold the weight of that lens and your camera if that is what you are asking. As for controlling the lens via bluetooth, that lens isn't listed on Zhiyun's compatibility for the Crane 4.
