Funny story: Hoyo decided to sneak in a patch some 2 hours after I uploaded this video. So I went back to test with the same setups and everything, and from what I can tell, the changes didn't seem to impact the overall rotation speed and clear time. One notable change is that her green (spirit) form combo attacks now do 666% more base damage. Ultimate damage is once again reduced, and weapon skill damage was also nerfed. Other stuff like additional damage isn't a key focus thus I won't insert them here. The patch also re-buffed her golden form damage! Certain moves have their numbers adjusted but the general consensus is that her damage has somewhat returned to what was seen in V2.
At this point I don't care anymore. Already got Lantern's weapon so I can still pull for Songque if I want. It's just that as a Herrscher tier Valk she seems underwhelming, maybe because Disturbance is already 495 but even HoFi Trio who only lasts a year was decent until Luna came to start her own Propaganda. Although she might be a Herrscher of Brute Force, her brute force capabilities on Physical Stages are much lower than Susannah's.
for her to truly abandon her Shumanity, she needs to take off her Shus. do a run with her as the leader/AR active. abandon the Shus and achieve golden form

Kallen is immune to all elemental damage. Unless your Fishyfish can handle the shield alone I don't see why you shouldn't run TA HoRb.
