रमजान का महीना है तो घरपर कबाब बनाना है।
तो Chef Deepu लेके आये है Ramadan Special चिकन तवा कबाब।
ये चिकन कबाब की रेसिपी कम से कम इंग्रेडिएंट्स और टाइम में बन जायेगी।

Ingredients:
1 Onion (diced) / प्याज
1 Inch Ginger / अदरक
8-10 Garlic Cloves / लहसुन
2 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च
250 Gms Chicken (minced) / चिकन (कीमा बनाया हुआ)
1tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder /धनिया पाउडर
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder / जीरा पाउडर
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder / गरम मसाला
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 Egg (whisked) / अंडा
1Tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped) / पुदीना
Salt / नमक
2 Tbsp Gram Flour (roasted) / बेसन
2Tbsp Oil / तेल
