Я призывая власти Болгарии, в которой живет этот человек, более серьезно отнестись к проблеме наркотиков. Если раньше по видео можно было понять что употребляет автор, то теперь самое время бить тревогу. Возможно, открыт новый вид наркотиков.

Чтобы сделать пилку для лобзика нужна, внимание, пилка для лобзика. Я бы еще понял, если бы была сделана более длинная пилка ( для толстых листов пенопласта), но длина одинакова. С задачей резки пенопласта справится любая, даже очень затупленная, птлка что по металлу, что по дереву.
Spoken as a person who has always bought their tools. While some are off the wall, I might not ever do them. Some I have done because to me it is better to reuse a tool or item. I find alot of them to be clever regardless.

Besides that the use of 100s of dollars to make a 3 dollar questionable tool is redundant at best. Would rather have the tool that gets the job done correctly vs wasting my time on a home made tool that will break part way through the task and cost me time and money. This is the shared mentality of all tool workers.

Better is it to know other ways of achieving the same outcome than to just sit there saying how you will always have access to a Home Depot. Sometimes I worry about those like you. You probably fall apart if you lose your tools and can't get more. I also don't know what you mean by tool workers, but I happen to know from working with mechanics to roofers and carpenters that their favorite tools are often ones they made themselves.
