When I lost both of my parents a few years ago. This was the only sermon that kept me, from jumping into their graves. I miss both of my parents every day. My mom died from Uterine Cancer (October-2012) My dad had a massive stroke (June-2014) My parents both met in the 9th grade, and they got married after my dad came home from Vietnam War in 1968. My oldest son dad died in Christmas 2007 My grandmom died May 2020 My family pet died June 2020 My oldest brother died August 27, 2020(shot and killed in front his baby at 7-Eleven store) In loving memory of my mother & father and my older brother. I’m still grieving your lost, every time I breathe.

Bishop. I woke up this morning with a feeling of frustration and emptiness. The radio wasn’t doing it for me. I turned on TH-cam, and there this was. Exactly what I needed.
I was feeling so empty and bad I didn't know what to do with confusion going through so much stuff right now.When when I listened to this sermon I felt chills running through my body.

My son has been taking courses for HVAC through him serving a prison sentence but he had to stop the courses to b moved n a building that moves him out faster because he has excelled from the way he did under his Innocence being n prison. I always think to myself that people seek God for things and not the Holy spirit to live on the inside.. They fast and pray for things. Pray for the spirit of God to live within you.
You’re absolutely right. I would like to submit this for your consideration: How do you clean a fish you haven’t caught? While yes, it is important to pray for the Holy Spirit to live inside of us, there are those who stand in need for real things. Rent, food, clothes, a vehicle. These are things a mother who is being abused may need to escape tyranny with her children. The homeless the oppression of the streets. While it is expedient for them to do just as Matthew 6:33-34 instructs, that’s difficult to do when your needs aren’t met and you’re drowning in life: ESPECIALLY IF you don’t know God or ever experienced God in a way that’s tangible to you. I think we need to keep Grace in mind when people don’t do what we expect, because while it’s easier for some to lean and trust God for all, for others that’s a stretch. A real stretch. I do believe you are right and wish you well in God. I just wanted to offer another perspective.

God sent 3 knocks at my front door. 1st) FedEx dropped a gift for my wife, She received from her best friend 2nd) was a letter we needed from our mortgage company 3rd was a mailman delivering a letter for my business. The letter for my business was clearing my business of wrongdoing and providing a refund. For the sake of not blabbering on this post. I was unlawfully jailed the night of August 2nd until the morning of August 3rd, which was my wedding day!! I literally mediated on this passage of scripture while I was inside. My loved ones were definitely praying on the outside as I prayed inside. I made sure to call my wife to be from my cell phone so she knew I was free!!! I just heard this sermon on Spotify. Right after the Bishop said, "When you heard the knocking at the door, open it." God sent 3 knocks at my front door. 1st) FedEx dropped a gift for my wife, She received from her best friend 2nd) was a letter we needed from our mortgage company 3rd was a mailman delivering a letter for my business. The letter for my business was clearing my business of wrongdoing and providing a refund. For the sake of not blabbering on this post. We were in need of all three desperately and couldn't do anything to get free on our own. I pray that God keeps this message for everyone who needs to hear it. I was unlawfully jailed the night of August 2nd until the morning of August 3rd, which was my wedding day!! I literally mediated on this passage of scripture while I was inside. My loved ones were definitely praying on the outside as I prayed inside. I made sure to call my wife to be from my cell phone so she knew I was free!!!
