Very true to the core... we are constantly bombarded with what and how to do this and that. We used to think for ourselves and were not influenced by this much indoctrination. The only way not to get contaminated is by using less tech like android phones etc. Doing less social media and reading less legacy media... not knowing everything that is happening protect our thought processing and ability to still think healthy...
