I'm so confused, but that's probably cause I know the most basic things about astrology, like the rising, sun, and moon signs as well as the zodiac symbols. Yes please! It would be awesome to have more detailed explanation. Like I never understood do both planets always aspect each other or one planet aspects another? How do you know which one has more influence and if consumes another?

I’ve recently read Chris Brennan’s book Hellenistic Astrology Study Of Fate and Fortune , as I am fascinated by traditional astrology because of its geometry, mathematics, synchronicity which all works in perfect harmony as you would expect from Fractal Time or Space/time in general.
Isn't it so beautiful!? I'm always going to be eclectic and jump from thing to thing because that's just my nature. *cue classic britney spears i can't be tamed* BUT, in my traipses from here to there, I will always respect and love the methodology used in the more traditional fields. Maybe I should get that book . . .
@@PuroAstrology The first three chapters are primarily about the history of the Hellenistic period,, Greek, Egyptian, Mesopotamian . After that it gets interesting. There is 7 timing techniques that have been discovered from that period. The idea is to combine different techniques to periods in your life that stand out and future possibilities and whoooahh. Not kidding, I tried it and it gave me goose bumps . This Ancient Greek stuff has only been translated in the last 30 years or so. So is quite new in astrology scene providing fresh information that was unknown to Astrology.
When and where can I enroll for classes you make it pretty easy to understand, but yet I know it’s just the teacher that makes it sound easy😉 thanks for taking the time to show us all

It’s a little bit freakishly accurate, in terms of careers working with certain temperaments. I myself am not a specialist in vocational astrology (yes, it’s something you can specialize in!), but I’m really liking it. I have a few books, but I’m looking to take some classes on it. But, yes. Super accurate in terms of lining up personalities with career fields.

Honestly, I'll use the sign-based aspects MORE, and I'll use out of sign aspects if it's a conjunction. . . because I've seen the effects personally. But I'm still not decided on the others. What are your thoughts? I would think that the tighter orbs might still work out of sign. . . but my Sagittarius ass needs experiential knowledge lol.
@@PuroAstrology I haven't experimented with it all that much to be honest, but I've been reading about sign based aspects in Chris Brennan's book Hellenistic Astrology and it makes SO much sense for planets to have a relationship by sign regardless of degree (is it just me, or do modern astrologers seem to be more focused on degree based aspects. I could be wrong here, just genuinely curious). I agree with you about conjunctions - makes a lot of sense.
@@LittleRubiks1 😏 I’m definitely more traditional in that way. The signs just have really clear descriptors, and when planets are in certain signs, you just will have some type of relationship. I focus more on the signs themselves broadly, and when I want to note the most potent of those aspects, I will go to the degrees.
