You are AMAZING! I have learned more about how to sing in this single video than anything I've heard in my entire life. I really enjoyed choir in school and I enjoy car karaoke and have done it publicly only a couple times. I feel like I could have a good voice but I don't know how. My daughter and wife say I nail it sometimes and it blows them away but a lot of the times, by myself as well, I feel like I sound like crap.
So thank you for giving me a good start on how singing works. I am going to watch all of your videos now lol.
I spent almost my entire military career devoted to being a champion in a certain sport so my daughter asked me one day, "Why didn't you devote your life to being a professional singer? I bet you would have made it" lol. I didn't know what to say. The point being, If I knew how to sing all those years ago I might have done that but we didn't have awesome videos like you put out to get us going in that direction back then.
Benson is so talented vocally, totally agree on the effortless head voice. Your analysis was so insightful and top notch.
