Coldsteel does this ALL THE TIME with their seconds and thirds. Basically the products they can't sell in a retail store. They have blemishes, dents, dings and so on. Ive dealt with Coldsteel for almost 20 years and thats incorrect about the delta dart, i broke one in half with both hands in front of my staff.
Not sure about that, Lynn loved his company. I do know he has sent something like 70% of all products are no longer made in the USA. They are made in china(avoid at all cost), Japan(if your lucky) and the machetes are made in Africa I think.
they also drop prices when they downgrade the materials they use. CS used to be prime gear at one time.
